Scenario
During a dental procedure, a patient develops a medical emergency requiring immediate intervention. You are the dental nurse assisting the clinician and must locate and prepare the correct drugs and equipment quickly and safely.
Your Task
- Identify the emergency and required drug
- Locate and prepare the correct emergency medication
- Assist with administration as directed
- Ensure appropriate equipment is available
- Support ongoing monitoring and escalation
